Bengali by default
Browser speech recognition is configured for bn-BD so you can dictate Bengali where you already write.
Bengali voice typing
Voice 2 Text Bangla lets you speak Bengali into supported browser fields and keeps the transcript where you are already working.
Built for Chrome 96+ environments with browser SpeechRecognition support.
What it does
Speak, pause and continue. The extension uses the browser’s speech-recognition capability to turn Bengali speech into text, then inserts it into the field you have selected.
There is no extension account, transcript dashboard or audio upload service behind it. The browser and its speech provider control recognition behavior.
Designed for the browser
Browser speech recognition is configured for bn-BD so you can dictate Bengali where you already write.
Final and interim text stays in the active selection, textarea or contenteditable editor instead of a separate dashboard.
Use supported text, search, email and URL inputs, textareas and contenteditable editors.
The floating microphone, shortcut and silence timeout are configurable so the extension fits your workflow.
A simple flow

Interim text updates in place and final text remains ready for your next edit.
Privacy by boundary
Voice 2 Text Bangla does not operate a backend, intentionally upload audio or transcripts, retain transcript history, collect analytics or show ads. It stores only extension settings and your voice-data consent in Chrome local storage.
